No. The free plan requires no credit card. You only need one when upgrading to Pro.
Each scheduled video counts as one post, regardless of how many accounts it's sent to. Scheduling the same video to 5 accounts counts as 5 posts.
Yes — enter it during signup on the Pro plan. Coupon codes are single-use and applied at checkout.
New scheduling requests will be rejected until the next billing cycle resets your count. You can upgrade to Pro at any time to increase your limit immediately.
Enterprise agencies get a branded client portal hosted on their own domain — for example, app.your-agency.com. You add a CNAME record pointing your subdomain to TempoGears and we handle the rest. Your clients log in, upload content, view their scheduled posts, and track what's live — all under your agency's name, on your URL, with no mention of TempoGears. You control who sees what with role-based access: owners, team members, and read-only client accounts each have different permissions.
The dashboard also surfaces your developer workflows. If your team runs GitHub Actions pipelines to bulk-schedule posts, clients see those results in the same interface — no separate logins, no context switching. Power users get the full pipeline; clients get a clean view of what's scheduled and what's live.
Enterprise starts at 60 TikTok accounts. Need more? Accounts scale as your roster grows — book a demo and we'll set up pricing that fits.
Yes. Cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal — no lock-in, no cancellation fees. Your plan downgrades to free at the end of the billing period.
